Where are you based?
Democratique Socks is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

From where do you ship the goods?
All orders are shipped from Denmark to all over the world. We´re using a warehouse company called TMC Logistik. You can see all shipping costs and duties here - and how to qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

When do you ship?
When you place an order at www.democratiquesocks.com its automatically transferred to our warehouse company TMC Logistik. The warehouse is open from Monday to Friday from 8AM-4PM CET. All orders placed before 10:00AM are shipped the same day, but more than 98% of all orders are shipped the same day - even received after 10:00AM CET. On national holidays or during weekends the orders is shipped the first coming business day.

Can I track the order?
Yes. When the order is shipped we´ll send you a trackingnumber. We use multiple couriers but mostly UPS, DHL and GLS - depending on delivery country. The tracking email is normally send out between 6:00PM and 8:00PM CET same day.

Can I change my order after its placed?
No unfortunately. Within a few seconds the order is automatically transferred to our warehouse. As we try to ship as fast as possible its not possible to change the order.

I have placed an order but haven´t received an orderconfirmation?
Our backend send out an orderconfirmation within seconds after you have placed an order. If you haven´t received the orderconfirmation please check your spam filter in your email account.

Are all products in stock on the website?
Yes. Everything you see on the ALL PRODUCTS section are available. If its not available there will be a SOLD OUT text on the product image.

What if there´s products missing?
Its not possible for the warehouse to send an order with missing products as all products are scanned before shipping. From time to time there can be a glitch in the stock count and then the order is shipped without the missing product. Then it will be indicated on the packingslip and we´ll transfer money back to your creditcard the same day. You´ll get a notification from Democratique Socks. The transfer can take 1-5 days to reach your creditcard which is normal standard. 

If a product is damaged?
Since 2012 we have had less than 10 claims on our socks which is impressive. So if you have received damaged products we´ll exchange them. Please contact us by email.

How can I pay?
We´re using 100% secure payment - VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL and Bancontact.
