Ribbed socks — fine rib and heavy rib in organic combed cotton

The rib is the defining construction in the Democratique range. The Originals Fine Rib produces a subtle vertical texture at 200-needle density — barely visible but present, catching light at the ankle and reading as considered against a dress shoe or loafer. The Relax Heavy Rib Supermelange uses a more pronounced rib that creates visible texture and significant fabric weight — designed to be worn above the shoe.

Both constructions share the same foundation: organic combed cotton, 200-needle knitting, hand-linked toe seam. The rib holds its shape after washing better than flat-knit socks. Available across the Originals Fine Rib and Relax Collection. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. EU 36–46.
