Wash socks at 30–40°C (86–104°F). Lower temperatures protect cotton fibers and elastic threads, helping socks keep their shape and durability.
3. Wash Before First Wear
New socks should be washed before the first use. This removes production residues and allows the fibers to soften and settle naturally.
4. Avoid Tumble Drying
Whenever possible, air dry your socks. High heat from tumble dryers can weaken elastic fibers and shorten the lifespan of your socks.
5. Wash with Similar Colors

The Athletique Classique (DS1528) is a heavier, chunkier crew sock than the Originals Fine Rib — built to be worn visibly above the shoe, not hidden inside it. 82% organic combed cotton, 15% polyamide, 3% elastane, knitted at 200-needle density in a heavy-rib structure that creates significant fabric weight, visible texture, and a sock that holds its shape at the calf throughout the day.
The Clean Stripes pattern: a Clear White ground with a defined band of coloured stripes at the cuff, using varied stripe widths within the band.
